Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam Volume 3, Number 2 (December 2026) is scheduled for publication as a platform for the dissemination of recent research findings, innovative educational practices, and scholarly developments in the field of Islamic Religious Education. This issue particularly encourages the submission of field research, action research, research and development (R&D) studies, case studies, surveys, and other empirical approaches that contribute to the advancement of theories and practices in Islamic education. Nevertheless, library research articles addressing contemporary and emerging issues within the field remain welcome for consideration.

Through this forthcoming issue, the Editorial Board invites academics, researchers, teachers, lecturers, students, and educational practitioners to contribute original research findings relevant to contemporary developments in Islamic education, technology-enhanced learning, character education and Islamic educational management, curriculum development, as well as other strategic issues in the field of Islamic Religious Education. Priority will be given to manuscripts grounded in empirical data and those offering meaningful contributions to the development of educational policies and practices in Indonesia and beyond.

The Editorial Board expects this upcoming issue to serve as a productive academic forum for enriching the body of knowledge in Islamic Religious Education while fostering innovation and providing solutions to the challenges faced by education in the modern era. Manuscripts that meet the journal’s academic standards and publication ethics requirements will undergo a rigorous and objective peer-review process to ensure the quality and integrity of published articles.
